RESUMO
No atual cenário econômico brasileiro, encontrar empresas que estejam dispostas a encarar os riscos de enfrentar novos desafios e explorar diferentes soluções para seus problemas é uma tarefa difícil, ainda mais se tratando de uma empresa do porte da AmBev S/A, que é uma das maiores cervejarias do mundo.
Projeto Integrado Multidisciplinar IV, do curso de gestão financeira aborda o levantamento de informação da empresa Ambev. O trabalho relaciona dados relevantes sobre a empresa a ser estudada nesse projeto junto com as demais matérias estudadas, análise das demonstrações financeiras, orçamento empresarial e Dinâmica das relações interpessoais. Sendo assim o projeto tem como objetivo final ampliar o entendimento e análise da organização com base nas matérias estudadas.

ABSTRACT
In the current Brazilian economic scenario, finding companies that are willing to face the risks of facing new challenges and exploring different solutions to their problems is a difficult task, especially if it is a company of the size of AMBEV S/A, which is one of the largest breweries in the world.
Integrated Project Multidisciplinary IV, of the financial management course addresses the information gathering of Ambev company. The work relates relevant data about the company to be studied in this project along with the other subjects studied, analysis of financial statements, business budget and Dynamics of interpersonal relations. Therefore, the final objective of the project is to broaden the understanding and analysis of the organization based on the subjects studied.
