Este trabalho reflete sobre a ética, especificamente a ética profissional do docente. O objetivo é aumentar a reflexão sobre a ação humana, dentro deste ramo profissional tão exigido socialmente bem como orientar para os motivos, de fontes internas ou externas que têm afetado a conduta do professor. Todo indivíduo deve se tornar mais consciente das ações que pratica em qualquer espaço da nossa vida, seja no âmbito pessoal, familiar, social e profissional. A responsabilidade do trabalho com a educação é, reconhecidamente, das maiores por tratar da instrução e formação de seres humanos buscando seu pleno desenvolvimento, seu crescimento pessoal e comunitário e sua evolução crítica e cidadã para o pleno exercício da cidadania com autonomia com valores morais compatíveis e aceitáveis. É de suma necessidade aprofundarmos os estudos neste tema para se obter melhor desempenho profissional através da autoanálise e reflexão constantes. O docente, consciente de seus deveres, das virtudes exigidas e cônscio de suas ações tem mais capacidade de se conhecer melhor e se reconhecer no exercício do seu trabalho com mais qualidade e apresentando o retorno que a sociedade espera dele e da educação.

It is through games and jokes that the child has the chance to develop a communication channel, an openness to dialogue with the world of children and adults, where it establishes its internal control, their self-esteem and confidence develops affinities with itself and with others. The school needs to promote learning using fun activities that indicate an environment literacy to benefit the process of acquisition of learning autonomy. School knowledge should be valued socially and literacy needs to be a dynamic and creative process through games, jokes and musicality. With this work, the main goal was to find the origin of playfulness, its importance in the transmission of knowledge and mainly argue and prove its importance in shaping the personality of human beings in phase of education, particularly in childhood. The methodology of bibliographic character and a job within the humanities, education, sought to develop it with the following steps: theoretical survey of the construction process of knowledge of education, a historical analysis of science and who were your early theorists and advocates historiographical methodology, based on, analyze as is the use of playfulness in the daily lives of people, especially parents, on a phenomenological methodology and check the importance given to playfulness in education today. The proposed work presented consents to ensure the experience of games and children, well made, sure will assist in the development of psychomotor education and school in action soon. Admitted to warn the main aspects of search that for sure will motivate the educators themselves for further studies on the subject.

INTRODUÇÃO

O processo educativo está envolvido no contexto social ao qual ele está inserido e, naturalmente, sofre influências e reage a elas.
