RESUMO

Este projeto trás definição da solução de TI para empresa Collection visando a reestruturação do ambiente de TI, testes e implementação e por fim suporteon-going do ambiente. Os recursos apresentados ao longo do projeto visam atender as necessidades da empresa, ofertando qualidade, disponibilidades e perspectivas de crescimento visando uma facilidade deimplantação e gerenciamento, a fim de atender as expectativas da empresa e expansão baseando-se em tecnologias e serviços que o mercado oferece.

Todos os requisitos de softwares, hardwares,políticas de controle e ferramentas de gerenciamento foram propostos visando uma facilidade de implantação e gerenciamento, a fim de atender as expectativas da empresa.

ABSTRACT

This project definition behind the IT solution company for Collection to Restructure the IT environment, testing and deployment andultimately supported on-going environment. Appeals throughout the project aimed at meeting the needs of the business, offering quality, availability and growth prospects in order to ease deployment andmanagement, to meet the company's expectations and expansion based on technologies and services that the market offers.

All requirements for software, hardware, control policies and management toolshave been proposed in order to ease deployment and management in order to meet the expectations of the company.
