How to Login into Cognos Development Portal:
Access the following link with Internet Explorer: http://biportal.greif.com
Login with your user and password (same login and password from Outlook).

LA Sales Dashboard:
After loading, you will see the “LA Sales Dashboard” tab. Where you can check the sales (volume & revenue) in a daily or weekly basis with filters options.

- LA Customer Tracker by Week
This report shows a weekly evolution of Volume, by Customer and regarding the last 13 weeks.
By clicking on this report, a window will pop up with filters to be selected. [pic 10][pic 11]
Choose the filters and click on “Finish” button.[pic 12]
- LA 4 Period Sales Comparison
This Report shows in a PDF format a Comparison between 4 selected periods of Quantity, Price and Revenue by BU, Product Line and Facilities.

LA Commercial Dashboard:
Trend:
The Commercial Dashboard Trend shows a monthly evolution of Quantity, Revenue, MVA, CM or PM, regarding the last 3 Fiscal Years, by Customer and Product Line.[pic 17][pic 18][pic 19][pic 20]
Top 20:

By clicking on this report, a window will pop up with filter options. Choose the filters and click on “Finish” button.

This report allows you to do the analysis of the margins by BU, Facility, Product type, Customer and Period.
Choose the filters and click on “Refresh Report”.

How to download the reports in Excel format:
Every report in Cognos is available in Excel format, to export the report follow the steps below:
Click on this icon: [pic 31]
Select “View in Excel Options” and click on “View in Excel 2007 format”
