A INFLUÊNCIA DA LIDERANÇA NA MOTIVAÇÃO DA EQUIPE

O verdadeiro mestre é aquele que conta estórias reais ou fictícias a seus discípulos levando-os a refletir sobre a moral das mesmas, em conseqüência disso, ensinando-os a conviver mutuamente. Isso deve ser feito desde pequeno.

RESUMO

Este trabalho traz um tema muito importante no processo de aprendizagem das crianças, trata-se da Contribuição das Estórias Infantis no Processo de Aprendizagem das Crianças que trata, de maneira vasta, o valor que tem contar estórias dentro da dimensão pedagógica, como também os aspectos que podem favorecer o desenvolvimento infantil. O que motivou escolher desse tema foi como o docente pode contar estória durante a aula e contribuir expressivamente para o desenvolvimento da criança. Contar estória é uma das maneiras mais antigos de se interagir com o outro,e é usada desde oinício da humanidade, através da linguagem, transmitindo conhecimentos, estimulando a imaginação e a fantasia,ensinando as necessidades básicas do homem utilizandoas estórias para passar valores morais, além de disciplinar e despertar o interesse pela leitura. É através das estóriasque as pessoas conquistam a oportunidade de se transformarem em leitores assíduos e competentes, conquistando descobertas e entendimento do mundo. Acontação de estórias deve ser valorizada e aplicada no meio escolar para ampliar a linguagem,aimaginação, a memória,atenção, o gosto pela leitura entre outros. Este trabalho justifica-se também socialmente, na medida em que acontação de estórias humaniza as relações formando laços, qualidades que são próprias ao se atentar para o interesse do indivíduoem ouvir e contar estórias, distinguindo, assim, a busca de conhecimento; justificando-se, também, por colaborar para a formação acadêmica e profissional, já que o foco desse trabalho está conectadocom a relação professor e aluno, auxiliando na reflexão doato docente para o desenvolvimento dos alunos.

ABSTRACT

This work brings a very important issue in the learning process of children , it is the contribution of Stories in Childhood Learning Process of Children is so vast , the value that has storytelling within the pedagogical dimension , as well as aspects that may encourage child development . What motivated choosing this theme was how the teacher can tell story in class and contribute significantly to the development of the child. Tell a story is one of the oldest ways to interact with others , and has been used since the beginning of mankind , through language , imparting knowledge , stimulating the imagination and fantasy , teaching the basic needs of man using stories to pass moral as well as disciplinary and arouse interest in reading . It is through stories that people win the opportunity of becoming competent and assiduous readers , winning discoveries and understanding of the world . The story- stories should be valued and applied in schools to extend the language , imagination, memory, attention , love of reading among others . This work is also justified socially , in that it humanizes the story- story relations forming ties , qualities that are proper to be attentive to the individual's interest in hearing and telling stories , distinguishing thus the search for knowledge, justifying up , too, contribute to the academic and professional training , since the focus of this work is connected with the relationship between teacher and student , assisting in teaching reflection of the act to the development of students .
