Currently the number of stories about things done by 3D printers are growing increasingly portraying the many objects that can be produced by printing, such as clothing, plastic guitars among others.

The 3-D printer also been helping a lot in research laboratories, because instead of him buying modern appliances and expensive, scientists are using the 3-D printer to make their own equipment, resulting in savings of thousands of dollars that come saving several laboratories that remains only federal funding.

The production of a 3D object is through the heating filament of plastic and are then printed on a platform a fraction of millimeter object, and so such an action is repeated, layer by layer, to form the object.

With all the ease and economy that provides 3D printer, it VEMS and making a fever in a few laboratories, and researchers are realizing that the device can be used to do a lot more than plastic models, it can be used to produce assemblies fiber optics, lens holder, jack laboratories, among other various equipment.

The popularity of the printer can be seen when considering that there are labs projects that have already been downloaded about 1,400 times on the internet.

Another problem not to use 3D printer is that there are currently manufacturers of laboratories that extrapolate to impose high prices on their products. Russell Y. Neches, postgraduate student in micro-biology to believe in the benefits of the implementation of 3D printers in labs, wrote on his personal blog text entitled: "" Because your lab does not have a 3D printer yet? "In the text he discusses about making your own comb gel electrophoresis experiments with the 3D printer.

Neches still says: "There are many countries that produce good science that are not rich." In other words, there are countries that not even being rich have great potential for science and with the aid of 3D printer make far lower costs by encouraging more studies.

Conclusion:

By analyzing the article we see that the 3D printer is a new technology that will revolutionize everything, especially the research laboratory, which will be cheaper and so encourage more and more researchers to continue with their studies. And the implementation of this equipment is only a matter of time for research labs around the world can enjoy the ease of use and efficiency of the 3D printer, helping prints of laboratory equipment that have high prices and when printed out for a low cost .
