Resumo:
Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar uma análise aprofundada sobre o conceito de coworking, uma abordagem inovadora para o ambiente de trabalho contemporâneo. Serão explorados os benefícios do coworking tanto para profissionais independentes quanto para empresas, discutindo-se suas características, vantagens e desafios. Além disso, serão apresentados exemplos de espaços de coworking bem-sucedidos e o impacto do coworking na produtividade, criatividade e satisfação dos trabalhadores. Por fim, será discutido o papel do coworking no futuro do trabalho e suas possíveis tendências.
ABSTRACT
The Multidisciplinary Integrated Project has as its main characteristic to insert the student in the m anagement practices b ased on the knowledge acquired in the bi-mester thus collaborating in the learning process. Based on the knowledge acquired in the disciplines of Computer Organization, Principles of Information Systems and Applied Communication. A project will be prepared by a shared workspace company (Coworking). Small b usinesses, freelancers and self-employed professionals a re innovating the way in which they relate to each other, with their customers and suppliers through coworking, as highlighted by the coworkingbrasil.org. In this project will be presented all th e resources necessary for the creation o f this type of work environment from the computational resources that will be offe red to professionals in workstations and meeting room to the system that will be u sed in the management of spaces . Finally, the communication stra tegy will b e e laborated that will be ad opted b y the company where the ob jectives and target audience will be defined and a Press - relea se will be built.
