RESUMO
Este projeto tem por objeto analisar a criação da nova estrutura de tecnologia da informação (TI) da empresa UNIVEN Petróleo S.A. – uma refinaria de petróleo localizada em Itupeva/SP que atua no mercado desde a década de 90 –, necessária após a cisão com sua agência controladora VIBRAPAR.
Para tanto, realizou-se intensa pesquisa bibliográfica e em sites especializados, tanto na área de tecnologia quanto na área de desenvolvimento sustentável.
Na área da implantação da nova estrutura de TI explica-se que a prioridade é economizar tempo e gastos com a implantação, operacionalização e manutenção dos equipamentos, bem como utilizar-se do uso da virtualização para reduzir gastos com energia, compra de equipamentos e espaço ocupado.
Na área de desenvolvimento sustentável mostra-se o cuidado da refinaria em manter uma “TI verde”, preocupando-se sempre com o impacto de seus recursos tecnológicos no meio ambiente, de modo a diminui-lo ou até mesmo eliminá-lo. Demonstra-se que a redução do impacto é possível com pequenos atos como a utilização eficiente de energia; o uso consciente dos consumíveis (como papel, baterias em geral, cartuchos), recursos e insumos que não agridam o meio ambiente e a priorização da reciclagem e da reutilização.
Com isso, evitar-se-á a poluição, o descarte indevido de materiais ácidos, alcalinos e/ou solventes; vazamentos indesejados dos tanques de armazenamento e a lixiviação das áreas de depósitos de materiais.
Na área de princípios de sistemas de informação mostra-se que o objetivo principal é o ganho de produtividade através de um fluxo mais confiável e menos burocrático das informações, visando à otimização do fluxo dos dados, mais agilidade, organização e redução de custos com operação e administração.
Na área de organização de computadores optou-se pela utilização da virtualização para servidores e desktops, devido ao curto espaço de tempo para a realização da migração. Também foi utilizada a otimização dos recursos de hardware, através da qual foram obtidos ótimos resultados, como a diminuição da quantidade de equipamentos físicos de quinze para apenas quatro servidores.
Diante disso, ficou fácil demonstrar no decorrer deste projeto que a cisão da UNIVEN Petróleo S.A. com a agência controladora VIBRAPAR foi muito benéfica àquela, pois sua nova estrutura de TI conseguiu tornar-se moderna, funcional e sustentável, atendendo às necessidades físicas, estruturais, operacionais e financeiras da empresa.

ABSTRACT
This project's purpose is to analyze the creation of the new structure of information technology (IT) company Univen Petróleo SA - an oil refinery located in Itupeva / SP operating in the market since the 90s - necessary after the split with its VIBRAPAR parent agency.
Therefore, we carried out extensive research and literature on specialized sites, both in technology and in the area of sustainable development.
In the area of implementation of the new IT structure is explained that the priority is to save time and costs for the implementation, operation and maintenance of equipment, as well as using up the use of virtualization to reduce energy costs, purchase of equipment and space busy.
In the area of sustainable development shows up care refinery in maintaining a "green IT", always worrying about the impact of their technological resources in the environment, so as to decrease it or even eliminate it. It is demonstrated that the reduction of the impact is possible with small acts such as the efficient use of energy, the conscious use of consumables (such as paper, batteries generally cartridges), resources and materials that do not harm the environment and recycling and prioritization of the reuse.
With this, it will prevent pollution, improper disposal of materials acids, alkali and / or solvents; unwanted leaks from storage tanks and leaching areas of material deposits.
In the area of principles of information systems shows that the main objective is to gain productivity through a more reliable flow of information and less bureaucratic, aiming to optimize the flow of data faster, organization and reduce operating costs and administration.
In fact, gained a lot with virtualization: system availability increased to 100% due to the company having more agility to make the exchange of solutions, we started to have access to applications anywhere and safely. Maintenance time systems also fell. Before, you had to make stops two to three days a week, now reduced to between two and three hours.
In the area of computer organization chose to use virtualization for servers and desktops, due to the short time to perform the migration. Was also used to optimize hardware resources, by which great results were obtained, as the decreased amount of physical equipment from fifteen to only four servers.
Therefore, it was easy to demonstrate in the course of this project that the division of Univen Petróleo SA with the agency controlling VIBRAPAR was very beneficial to that, as its new IT infrastructure managed to become modern, functional and sustainable, meeting the physical, structural, operational and financial business.
