RESUMO
O futebol é uma modalidade desportiva mundialmente popular, e movimenta bilhões de dólares todo ano. Ao mesmo tempo, mesmo que o pressuposto para uma boa administração dessa realidade seja o tratamento profissional dos atletas e clubes, estes por vezes não agem profissionalmente, tornando a gestão do futebol difícil, principalmente no que trata das relações trabalhistas entre atleta e clubes. A legislação desportiva discutida no decorrer do trabalho, desde o Acórdão Bosman e leis brasileiras que o precederam e sucederam, comprovam que a regulação de todo o esporte, e no caso deste trabalho em especial o futebol, passa pela constante cobrança pela aplicação destes dispositivos nos casos que chegam aos tribunais, mas antes disso, na vida profissional do atleta e na gestão dos clubes. O profissional do Direito, atendendo a área do Direito Desportivo, deve estar ciente e atualizado quanto à esta legislação, assim como quanto à todas as outras leis, em todas as outras áreas do Direito, visto que a legislação desportiva é ainda pouco estudada no meio acadêmico, pouco explorada pela doutrina, dada a escassez de referências encontradas disponíveis sobre o assunto, sendo assim relevante que se aborde um tema atual e recorrente no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro como o deste trabalho, qual seja, a regulamentação do passe no direito desportivo. O objetivo pois foi esclarecer o comportamento do Direito Desportivo quanto à regulamentação do passe desde que ele era vigente, paralelamente à evolução da legislação nesse sentido, levantando quais foram as perdas e ganhos de atletas e clubes, buscando atualizar informações nesse campo, mas também, resgatando a atenção do Direito Desportivo para as questões trabalhistas dos atletas, que devem ser tratadas com igual rigor como qualquer outra.

ABSTRACT
Football is a world-class sport, and it moves billions of dollars every year. At the same time, even if the presumption for a good management of this reality is the professional treatment of athletes and clubs, these sometimes do not act professionally, making the management of soccer difficult, especially in what concerns the labor relations between athlete and clubs. The sports legislation discussed in the course of the work, since the Bosman ruling and Brazilian laws that preceded it and succeeded, prove that the regulation of the whole sport, and in the case of this work, especially football, is constantly being charged for the application of these devices in cases, but before that, in the professional life of the athlete and in the management of the clubs. The Law professional, in the area of Sports Law, must be aware and up-to-date on this legislation, as well as on all other laws, in all other areas of Law, since sports law is still little studied in the medium academic, little explored by the doctrine, given the scarcity of available references available on the subject, so it is relevant that a current and recurring theme in the Brazilian legal system is addressed such as this work, that is, the regulation of the pass in the sports law. The objective was to clarify the behavior of the Sports Law regarding the regulation of the pass since it was in force, in parallel with the evolution of the legislation in this sense, raising what were the losses and gains of athletes and clubs, seeking to update information in this field, rescuing the attention of the Sports Law to the labor issues of the athletes, who must be treated with the same rigor as any other.
