1 – Resumo

A elaboração do trabalho de pesquisa para o PIM VI (Projeto Integrado Multidisciplinar), me fez introduzir a esta, todo o embasamento teórico que adiquiri, durante o período de estudos das disciplinas alvos deste Projeto, e com base nelas e demais experiências vividas enquanto curso Gestão Financeira, assim sendo, a empresa escolhida para servir como objeto de pesquisa é a NESTLÉ BRASIL LTDA.

Através da disciplina Plano de Negócios, observei que a montagem de um plano eficiente e objetivo, é crucial e indispensável para se definir e mensurar as metas e propósitos, que são almejados pela organização, nele são empregadas as ideias passiveis e não passíveis de aplicação na atual realidade da empresa, são verificadas e aplicadas as estratégias de mercado, otimizando recursos e aproveitando as oportunidades.

Com a pesquisa sobre Crédito e Cobrança, pude constatar que, um controle extremamente rigoroso e atualizado das fichas cadastrais, são de suma importância para a manutenção da saúde financeira de uma empresa, já que em grande parte das aquisições realizadas por clientes, são realizadas a crédito ou seja, a prazo, e com o supracitado controle em mãos, a organização terá mais elementos para a tomada de decisão, sobre disponibilizar ou não, bens,insumos ou recursos a um determinado cliente. E a mesma premissa de controle serve os pagamentos, desta mesma empresa, a seus credores.

E no campo da  Etica e Legislação: Trabalhista e Empresarial, não obstante aos demais setores da organização, constatamos que a atenção e cumprimento as Legislações e demais orientações normativas, devem ser observadas e integralmente respeitadas, da mesma forma observamos que a criação de um Código de Ética Empesarial, de acordo com as legislações do país, é muito importante para se definir as regras a serem seguidas por seus colaboradores.

2 - ABSTRACT

The elaboration of the research work for PIM VI (Integrated Multidisciplinary Project), made me introduce to it, all the theoretical basis that I would acquire, during the period of studies of the subjects targeted by this Project, and based on them and other experiences lived as a course Financial Management, therefore, the company chosen to serve as a research object is NESTLÉ BRASIL LTDA.

Through the Business Plan discipline, I observed that the creation of an efficient and objective plan, is crucial and indispensable to define and measure the goals and purposes, which are pursued by the organization, in it the passive ideas are not applicable in the application. current reality of the company, market strategies are checked and applied, optimizing resources and taking advantage of opportunities.

With the research on Credit and Collection, I was able to verify that, an extremely rigorous and updated control of the registration forms, are of paramount importance for the maintenance of the financial health of a company, since in a large part of the acquisitions made by customers, they are carried out at credit, that is, term credit, and with the aforementioned control in hand, the organization will have more elements for decision making, on whether or not to make goods, inputs or resources available to a given customer. And the same control premise serves payments, from this same company, to its creditors.

And in the field of Ethics and Legislation: Labor and Business, despite the other sectors of the organization, we found that the attention and compliance with the Legislation and other normative guidelines, must be observed and fully respected, in the same way we observe that the creation of a Code Empirical Ethics, according to the country's laws, it is very important to define the rules to be followed by its employees.
