RESUMO
Neste trabalho de conclusão de curso falarei como a História da Igreja tem sido sempre, desde o seu nascimento até o presente, a história da graça de Deus para com o homem. Antes de adentrarmos no estudo dos vinte séculos em que a igreja de Cristo tem estado em atividade, veremos os grandes acontecimentos, os quais servem como divisória, e cada um deles assinala o término e início de uma época. Considerando cada um destes acontecimentos, sete ao todo, veremos que eles indicam os grandes períodos da História da Igreja. A igreja de Cristo sempre existiu na mente e coração do Pai, desde antes da fundação do universo. O plano de Salvação estava traçado por Deus desde o eterno passado. O sacrifício fora feito antes da fundação do universo, isto é, antes mesmo de ser efetuado no calvário, o cordeiro já era conhecido pelo Pai. Em uma ordem lógica, podemos admitir que: Deus fundou a Igreja, Jesus Cristo formou a Igreja e o Espírito Santo confirmou a Igreja. Assim, o projeto no coração de Deus, a formação pelo ministério de Cristo e a confirmação, no dia de Pentecostes, pelo poderoso derramamento do Espírito Santo. A Igreja que antes era um mistério "oculta em Deus" fora revelada em Cristo, tornando-se o "segredo de Deus" conhecido aos homens. A expressão "oculto em Deus" indica que a igreja esteve sempre na mente de Deus, e vindo a ser conhecida pelo ministério terreno de Jesus Cristo e o Espírito Santo. A Igreja de deus, começou a formar e revelar-se no tempo, quando João Batista disse; Eis o Cordeiro de Deus. João 1:36. A Igreja de Cristo iniciou sua história com um movimento de âmbito mundial, no dia de Pentecostes, cinqüenta dias após a ressurreição, e dez dias depois da ascensão do Senhor Jesus Cristo.
ABSTRATO
In this concluding course I will tell you how the history of the Church has always been, from birth to the present, the story of God's grace to mano Before we enter into the study of the twenty centuries in which the church of Christ has been active, we shall see the great events which serve as a dividing line, each of which marks the end and beginning of an epoch. Considering each of these events, seven in all, we will see that they indicate the great periods of Church History. The church of Christ has always existed in the mind and heart of the Father, since before the foundation of the universe. The plan of salvation was traced by God from the eternal past. The sacrifice was made before the foundation of the universe, that is, before it was effected at Calvary, the lamb was already known by the Father. In a logical order, we can admit that: God founded the Church, Jesus Christ formed the Church and the Holy Spirit confirmed the Church. So the project in the heart of God, the formation by the ministry of Christ and the confirmation, on the day of Pentecost, by the powerful outpouring of the Holy Spirit. The Church that was once a mystery "hidden in God" had been revealed in Christ, becoming the "secret of God" known to men. The expression "hidden in God" indicates that the church has always been in the mind of God, and has come to be known by the earthly ministry of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. The Church of God began to form and reveal itself in time, when J ohn the Baptist said; Behold the Lamb of God. J ohn 1 :36. The Church of Christ began its history with a worldwide movement, on the day of Pentecost, fifty days after the resurrection, and ten days after the ascension of the Lord Jesus Christ.
