1 -The state of Pennsylvania is located in the central-Atlantic region of the United States, merely with the New York State north and northeast, southeast New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and West Virginia to the south, east Ohio, and the lake Erie to the far northwest.

2 - Between 2000 and 2005, the population of Pennsylvania grew by 148 562 inhabitants, and between 2004 and 2005 in 35 145 inhabitants.

3 -Until the 70s, the state's economy was entirely based on the steel industry. Although still the largest steel pole United States, Pennsylvania began to diversify its economy after a major economic recession that occurred between the years of 70 and 80. Currently, the largest sources of wealth for the state are trade and production processed foods, chemicals and electronics.

5 -The word means Pennsylvania "Penn Forest," which was a Quaker who established his colony on religious freedom, allowing persecuted religious groups such as the Quakers to establish themselves in the region. Therefore, sometimes the state is nicknamed The Quaker State, because most of its inhabitants in the early days of European colonization of the state, were Quakers. The state's nickname is The Keystone State.

Dracula's Story

Bran city in Romania has one of the most wonderful secrets of literature: Dracula's castle. It might have been used as Prince Vlad's home. It has a type of orange colour, white walls and some gotic towers. It looks like a Disney production. Vlad was born in 1431 in Transylvania into a noble family. His father was called "Dracul," meaning "dragon" or "devil" in Romanian because he belonged to the Order of the Dragon. "Dracula" means "son of Dracul" in Romanian. Therefore, young Vlad was "son of the dragon" or "son of the devil." Some believe this was the beginning of the legend that Dracula was a vampire.
Prince Vlad was really cruel. Dracula was reported to have eaten a meal on a table set up outside amidst hundreds of impaled victims. On occasion he was also reported to have eaten bread dipped in blood.
