Let's get you some information of how the customs of the Irish people in their eating habits.

Ireland is famous for its Irish breakfast, a fried meal (or grilled) usually consisting of bacon, eggs, sausage, black and white pudding, fried tomatoes and can also be included bread potatoes or fries to French. Rich and tasty, with a wide variety of dishes with meat and seafood, the typical Irish cuisine is based on the potato. Just like our rice and beans, potato is present daily in dishes of Irish families.

The Irish breakfast usually contains bacon and fried or grilled sausages, eggs, black and white pudding (black and white pudding), beans - YES! BEAN IN THEM EAT BREAKFAST - and mushrooms. And you can include fried tomatoes, potatoes bread or chips to the French.

As the Irish breakfast is a heavy meal and need to be prepared, it is more limited on weekends, when the Irish have more time to cook.

During the week the Irish breakfast can be replaced by Porridge, which is nothing more than a porridge. It can be eaten plain or with some fruit like bananas, blackberries, strawberries or blueberries. The Porridge is a healthy option to the traditional Irish Breakfast.

Irish stew (Irish Stew) - Irish stew is prepared with beef or lamb and vegetables, usually carrots, onions and potatoes (of course!). It's like a soup but with a more rounded consistency. Some recipes lead barley which is the ingredient that causes the broth thickens. It is a dish that combines very well with the cold climate of Ireland. Really very tasty use little salt, oil, little spice, but eat bacon, sausage, eggs (of all types) for breakfast and clog coffee and pastries along with the cup of tea.
