RESUMO
Pensando num ponto de vista econômico e sustentável, elaboramos um projeto que comtempla alguns meios para a reutilização das águas provenientes de chuvas, para a irrigação de jardins e lavagem de carros. O projeto contempla, também, a utilização de tratamento de esgoto.
Todas as casas do loteamento serão beneficiadas por este tratamento de esgoto e contaram com sistemas coletores de águas pluviais, sendo assim, as águas provenientes das chuvas que chegarem as cobertas das casas serão coletadas, encaminhadas e armazenadas em uma cisterna de 5 mil litros para futura reutilização.
As águas superficiais do condomínio seguiram para 3 ou 4 cisternas e serviram para complementar na irrigação dos jardins e vegetação da praça, sendo que o excedente irá para 4 poços de percolação para reabastecimento do lençol freático e para o combate de futuras enchentes nas imediações do loteamento.
O tratamento de esgoto será realizado de maneira individualizada em cada unidade habitacional com tanques sépticos que são câmaras fechadas com a finalidade de deter os despejos domésticos, por um período de tempo estabelecido para permitir que haja a decantação dos sólidos presentes. O esgoto ficará detido na fossa por um período de 12 a 24 horas seguindo assim para o filtro anaeróbio de fluxo ascendente com britas 5 ou 4 no fundo da caixa.
As britas reterão em sua superfície as bactérias anaeróbias responsáveis pelo processo biológico, reduzindo a demanda biológica de oxigênio. Em seguida o esgoto que já vem sendo tratado irá para as valas de filtração para então ser liberada de uma forma segura no solo.

ABSTRACT
Thinking about a sustainable economic perspective, we developed a project that contemplates some means for the reuse of water from rainfall for irrigation of gardens and washing cars. The design contemplates also the use of wastewater treatment. All subdivision homes will benefit from this treatment of sewage and counted on collecting rainwater systems, therefore, the water from the rains come the covers of the houses will be collected, forwarded and stored in a 5000 liters tank for to be reused in irrigation of gardens, washing cars, motorcycles, washing sidewalks, etc. Surface water from the condo followed for 3 or 4 tanks and served to complement the irrigation of gardens and greenery of the square, and the surplus will go to 4 percolation pits to refuel the water table and the fight future floods in the vicinity of allotment. The wastewater treatment is performed individualized in each housing unit with septic tank chambers that are closed in order to hold the domestic sewage, for a period of time set to allow for the settling of solids present. The sewage will be held in the tank for a period of 12 to 24 hours thus following to the anaerobic filter up flow gravel 5 or 4. The gravel will retain on its surface the anaerobic bacteria responsible for biological process, reducing the biological oxygen demand. Then, the sewage that has already been treated for filtration will ditches then to be released in a safe way on the ground.
