RESUMO

O presente trabalho engloba as disciplinas de Fundamentos da Administração,

Comunicação Empresarial e Técnicas de Informática, estudadas ao longo do primeiro bimestre do Curso Superior de Gestão de Logística. Como objeto de estudo e pesquisa, foi escolhida a empresa/Grupo TPC, especialista em soluções logísticas inteligentes.

Na  disciplina Fundamentos da  Administração, realizamos um  diagnóstico organizacional, identificando suas práticas, buscando identificar possíveis anomalias;

como também na área de gestão. E com base em nossos conhecimentos teóricos,

adquiridos nessa primeira fase, faremos sugestões de melhorias. Estudo esse

desenvolvido tendo como ferramentas as disciplinas de Comunicação Empresarial e de Técnicas de Informática.

ABSTRACT

This work encompasses the disciplines of Management Fundamentals, Business

Communication and Technical Informatics, studied during the first two months of the Degree in Logistics Management. As an object of study and research, the company was chosen / TPC Group, specializes in intelligent logistics solutions.

In the course Fundamentals of Management, conducted an organizational diagnosis, identifying their practices in order to identify possible anomalies, as well as in management. And based on our theoretical knowledge acquired in the first phase, we suggested that improvement .study developed as tools with the disciplines Business Communication and Technical Computing.
