RESUMO

A empresa CAMIL(COOPERATIVA AGRÍCOLA MISTA ITAQUIENSE LTDA) criada em 1963, em meio a forte tendência arrozeira no País , atualmente é considera a maior empresa de arroz do Brasil, com base nisso será estudada nesse trabalho para mostrar que  o  Sistema produtivo que uma organização adota, reflete diretamente na eficácia de seu objetivo final e no destaque que ela apresentará no mercado , sendo assim iremos detalhar os processos e etapas que essa empresa, que é destaque na produção e comércio do arroz, utiliza .Neste contexto o presente trabalho tem como finalidade mostrar que a escolha adequada dos processos produtivos para cada situação especificamente, poderá alcançar um resultado satisfatório, como foi o caso da CAMIL.

ABSTRACT

Company CAMIL (COOPERATIVA AGRÍCOLA MISTA ITAQUIENSE LTDA) created in 1963, in way the strong rice trend in the Country, currently is considers the biggest company of rice of Brazil, on the basis of this will be studied in this work to show that the productive System that an organization adopts, reflects directly in the effectiveness of its final objective and in the prominence that it will present in the market, being thus we will go to detail the processes and stages that this company, that is prominence in the production and commerce of the rice, uses. In this context the present work has as purpose specifically to show that the adequate choice of the productive process for each situation, will be able to reach a satisfactory result, as it was the case of the CAMIL.
