RESUMO SOBRE FUSÕES E AQUISIÇÕES NO SETOR CERVEJEIRO

RESUMO

O estudo caracterizou-se por uma pesquisa de análise descritiva, encaixando-se na modalidade de estudos descritivos e pesquisa de motivação, com o objetivo de apresentar as principais fusões e aquisições no setor cervejeiro e a relação com o contexto econômico da época.

Desta forma, foram levantadas as informações sobre as principais fusões e aquisições do setor cervejeiro, reforçando que estas desenvolveram o setor e o expandiu para o mundo todo.

A metodologia utilizada foi por meio de pesquisas que consistiram no levantamento das mais relevantes informações das fusões e aquisições do setor, representando assim, todos os países do mundo.

Com busca a mercados em crescimento, as empresas saíram de países desenvolvidos e economias estagnadas para países com perspectivas de crescimento, no qual oferece grande lacunas para expansão e criação de valor.

Como conclusão, pode-se afirmar que as fusões e aquisições do setor, o fez se desenvolver e se internacionalizar, construindo empresas de altos faturamentos e retornos de investimentos aos acionistas e credores. As fusões e aquisições analisadas ocorreram em períodos em que o contexto econômico do pais sede da empresa que seria adquirida, estava em estagnação ou queda.

ABSTRACT

The study was characterized by a descriptive analysis, based on descriptive studies and motivation research, aiming to present the main mergers and acquisitions in the brewing sector and the relationship with the economic context of the time.

Thus, were raised the information on the main mergers and acquisitions of the brewing sector, reinforcing that it is developed in the sector and expanded to the whole world.

The methodology used to was collect information that constitute a survey of the most relevant information on mergers and acquisitions in the sector, representing all countries in the world.

With a quest for growing markets, firms have moved from developed countries and stagnant economies to countries with growth prospects, where they provide major gaps for expansion and value creation.

As a conclusion, it can be said that the mergers and acquisitions of the sector, has made it develop and become internationalized, building companies with high revenues and returns of investments to shareholders and creditors. The mergers and acquisitions analyzed occurred in periods when the economic context of the host country of the company that would be acquired was in stagnation or fall.
