Leonardo Leme de Carvalho is a senior college student who's undergraduate in Business Administration. He works as an analyst at Itaú, paying support to the commercial area regarding difficulties when using the company’s system. He also has a 2 year experience with customer support, having worked at Santander and Xerox.

Leonardo has an extensive knowledge on using Windows and Mac operating systems as well as Microsoft Office’s Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. He’s also fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and has advanced level knowledge of English.

In a work environment Leonardo biggest strengths are his commitment towards finishing an assignment/task on time as well as being proactive and coming with out of the box thoughts that not only help time management but that improves the quality of the end result.

He feels that at his current job, the company policy that best represents him is “Processes serving people” mainly because in a world that is quickly becoming more and more automated, people should never feel like slaves to the technology but instead use it to their advantage making their jobs easier and more complete.

Through his work, Leonardo aims to help in every way possible the success of the company that his in, even if it’s just by doing his job in a proactive way or even getting more responsibility and having a big part of makes this a reachable reality.
