RESUMO

Com o grande crescimento econômico que o Mercado Sul Americano vem apresentando nos últimos anos e um Mercado cada vez mais globalizado.

A Empresa Champions Indústria Farmacêutica S.A. situada com sede em Tóquio começou a visar à conquista deste mercado em potencial, mas para isso será necessário a Implantação de uma Filial comercial, que deverá atender as necessidades operacionais,

tendo escolhido o Brasil como local para abertura de sua Filial.

Este trabalho tem como objetivo desenvolver um Projeto com soluções que atendam todas as necessidades da Empresa Champions Indústria Farmacêutica para se instalar no Brasil.

Este Projeto será desenvolvido através dos conhecimentos adquiridos em sala de aula abrangendo as seguintes disciplinas:

ABSTRACT

With economic growth the Great South American market has been showing in recent years. The Champions Pharmaceutical Company SA with headquarters located in Tokyo began to target the achievement of this potential market, but for that you need the Commercial Deployment of a branch, which should meet the operational needs, having chosen Brazil as the venue for the opening of his branch.

This work aims to develop a project with solutions that meet all the needs of the Champions Pharmaceutical Company to settle in Brazil.

This project will be developed through the knowledge acquired in the classroom covering the following disciplines:

INTRODUÇÃO

O objetivo geral deste trabalho é desenvolver um Projeto para implementação da filial comercial da Empresa Champions Indústria Farmacêutica S.A no Brasil definindo o Ambiente Físico, toda a Infraestrutura de Rede, implantação e suporte de um Sistema ERP, elaborar a Política Corporativa de Segurança, bem como a aplicação das melhores práticas para sua aplicabilidade, elaborando um Planejamento Estratégico e o Plano de Projeto bem definidos.
