RESUMO
Tendo em vista a necessidade de tratar assuntos relacionados a igualdade
racial: inibindo e auxiliando no combate a descriminação por meio de atendimentos e
orientações profissionais, foi implementado, em convênio com a Secretaria de
Políticas de Promoção da Igualdade Racial (SPPIR) do Executivo da Presidência da
República e a Prefeitura de Horizonte Azul, a adesão ao Sistema Nacional de
Promoção da Igualdade Racial (SINAPIR) por meio do Centro de Promoção da
Igualdade Racial (CPIR), que visa representar uma forma de organização e
articulação voltadas à implementação do conjunto de políticas e serviços para superar
as desigualdades raciais no Brasil, com o propósito de garantir à população negra a
efetivação da igualdade de oportunidades, a defesa de direitos e o combate à
discriminação e as demais formas de intolerância. Com isso, neste projeto iremos
apresentar assuntos correlatos com a Organização Computacional do CPIR, como as
características de Hardware de cada ambiente, também a ideia do Sistema de
Informação utilizado pelos profissionais de atendimento do CPIR e a Comunicação
Aplicada em prol da estratégia e importância da Promoção da Igualdade Racial em
Horizonte Azul. Resultando em demonstrar as funcionalidades estrutural da CPIR com
a participação da sociedade em respeito à igualdade racial.

ABSTRACT
In view of the need to deal with racial equality: by inhibiting and assisting in
combating discrimination through care and professional guidance, it was implemented,
in agreement with a Secretariat for Policies for the Promotion of Racial Equality
(SPPIR) of the Presidency Executive From the Republic and City Hall of Horizonte
Azul, an adhesion to the National System for the Promotion of Racial Equality
(SINAPIR) through the Center for the Promotion of Racial Equality (CPIR), which aims
to represent a form of organization and articulation aimed at implementing the set of
policies And services to overcome as racial inequalities in Brazil, with the purpose of
guaranteeing the negative life of the effectiveness of equal opportunities, a defense of
rights and against discrimination and as forms of intolerance. With this project we will
present correctives with a CPIR Computational Organization, with the Hardware
characteristics of each environment, also an idea of the Product Information System
by CPIR and Applied Communication professionals in support of the strategy and
importance of the Promotion of Equality Racial in Horizonte Azul. Resulting in
demonstrating how structural features of the CPIR with the participation of society in
respect to racial equality.
