Resumo

Com o alto crescimento da venda dos smartphones e a expansão da internet móvel (IBGE, 2014), surgiram os aplicativos, para facilitar o acesso aos recursos dos ambientes virtuais em dispositivos móveis. Atualmente, a Faculdade Única não possui um aplicativo do seu portal acadêmico, tendo seu acesso dificultado em smartphones, pois o site do portal não é responsivo. Por isso, este trabalho propõe o projeto de software para um aplicativo do portal acadêmico da faculdade ÚNICA de Ipatinga. ^[a]Este aplicativo terá todas as funcionalidades já existentes no portal, Porém, será acrescentada uma ferramenta de gestão, que é o tratamento das notas e frequências transformando-as em gráficos e estatísticas. Todas as informações uma vez acessada online pelo aluno, poderão ser visualizadas off-line. Um dos pontos com maior grau de importância deste projeto, é a funcionalidade de notificação dos dispositivos móveis. Com ela, o aplicativo irá apresentar um aviso ao aluno sempre que tiver uma nova postagem inclusa no portal. Além dos recursos do aluno, o aplicativo irá disponibilizar também acesso para os professores, que envolverá suas tarefas específicas, como por exemplo, a postagem de notas, frequência, dentre outras. As ocorrências vivenciadas ao longo da carreira acadêmica pelos envolvidos neste projeto foram à motivação inicial. Para sustentar a ideia do projeto foram utilizadas duas pesquisas de natureza quantitativas. Sendo um levantamento de dados e a outra em forma de questionários. A partir do estudo desse projeto, observou-se que a ferramenta proposta poderá colaborar de forma significativa para sua finalidade, dessa forma, ajudando o aluno a se manter atualizado sobre os recursos disponibilizados no portal, além de ajuda-lo na tomada de decisões.

Abstract

With the high growth of sales of smartphones and the expansion of mobile internet (IBGE, 2014), there were applications to facilitate access to resources to virtual environments on mobile devices. Currently, the School Única does not have an application that are unique to smartphones or tablets in their academic portal, with its difficult access these devices, because the platform is not responsive. Therefore, this work proposes the software design of an academic portal application of Ipatinga ÚNICA college. This application will have all the existing features in the portal, however, a management tool, which is the handling of notes and frequencies converting them into graphs and statistics will be added. All information once accessed online by the student can be viewed offline. One of the points with a greater degree of importance of this project is the notification feature of mobile devices. With it, the application will display a warning to the student whenever you have a new post included in the portal. In addition to the resources of the student, the app will also provide access for teachers, which will involve their specific tasks, such as posting grades, attendance, among others. The events experienced throughout the academic career by those involved in this project were the initial motivation. To support the idea of ​​the project were used two surveys of quantitative nature. As a data collection and other shaped questionnaires. From the study of this project, it was observed that the proposed tool can contribute significantly to its purpose, thus helping the student to keep current on the resources available on the portal, as well as help you in making decisions.
