RESUMO

O setor de metalurgia vem crescendo razoavelmente recentemente, até porque estamos em momento de crise econômica, foi um dos poucos setores que não se abalou muito, mas não manteve o gráfico total de funcionário. Assim como quaisquer organizações diante das maiores crises econômicas já vividas em vários países, foi necessário acompanhar os “avanços” do mundo financeiros, seguindo assim, o grande desenvolvimento do seguimento de gestão de pessoa.

A Gerdau, a empresa estudada desse trabalho, é grande exemplo desse fator, mesmo diante da crise, ela sempre procurou evoluir em todos os fatores, procurando o bem estar dos investidores e também dos seus funcionários.

No decorrer do trabalho, iremos analisar melhor o seguimento dessa empresa e todo seu setor financeiro, onde podemos observar melhor e poderemos ter uma boa base pra analisar outras empresas de qualquer seguimento.

ABSTRACT

The metallurgy sector has been growing reasonably recently, even because we are in a time of economic crisis, was one of the few sectors that did not shake much, but did not keep the total employee chart. As with any organization in the face of major economic crises already experienced in several countries, it was necessary to keep up with the "advances" of the financial world, thus following the great development of the follow-up of people management.

Gerdau, the company studied in this work, is a great example of this factor, even in the face of the crisis, it has always tried to evolve in all the factors, looking for the welfare of the investors and also of its employees.

In the course of the work, we will better analyze the follow-up of this company and its entire financial sector, where we can observe better and we can have a good base to analyze other companies of any follow-up.
