Social Medicine involves the practice of medicine in economically disadvantaged places, like in Peru, in Haiti and Russian.
Some persons do the choice to help others who is worldwide where the need is greatest, delivering emergency medical aid to people affected by conflict, epidemics, disasters or exclusion from health care. These people work a lot (some 70 hours a week) because the lack of the health it’s a big problem in the world, mostly in poor countries.
One of the objectives the social medicine is decrease the disparity in health between rich and poor. For this it was founded some projects elsewhere that seem to be changing the world’s view of what is possible in medicine and public health.
Through the Social Medicine, the doctor can greatly reduce poverty, suffering and sickness. And to give a hope for poor society.
The best result of this kind of work is that can change the way how the people look the life. We are nothing without the others, and if we can we have to do.
