PRESBIACUSIA AND QUALITY DE VIDA OF THE AGED ONE BEFORE ACCEPTANCE OF THE USE OF THE DEVICE OF INDIVIDUAL SONOROUS AMPLIFICATION (AASI): LITERATURE REVISION

RESUMO

Objetivos: O objetivo deste estudo foi mostrar, por meio de levantamentos bibliográficos, a importancia da atuação fonoaudiológica nas alteracões auditivas  pelo processo de envelhecimento. Método: Como fontes de dados foram utilizadas as seguintes plataformas: Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval Sistem on-line (MEDLINE), Scielo e o serviço de pesquisa da National Library of Medicine nas bases de dados Pubmed, sistema de procura do Google Acadêmico (HTTP// scholar. google.com. br). Foram pesquisados trinta e cinco trabalhos, Idoso; Perda Auditiva; Reabilitação; Presbiacusia, Reeducação Auditiva. como fonte de pesquisa. Resultados: Ao todo foram encontrados 38 artigos entre 2008 e 2016, sendo 75% nacionais, 15% internacionais, 10% de livros com o tema em escolha para revisão  da literatura, Neste estudo, os autores puderam concluir que havia uma correlação significativa entre perda auditiva e função cognitiva em idosos acima de 75 anos de idade, independente de sexo ou idade. Não foram encontradas pesquisas com metodologia semelhante Conclusão: Espera-se que esta revisão de literatura possa proporcionar conhecimentos básicos sobre as alterações fonoaudiológicas na audição da população idosa. Sabe-se da importância da atuação dos profissionais da saúde para proporcionar um envelhecimento saudável e ativo na população idosa, incluindo a atuação do fonoaudiólogo, profissional da área da saúde da audicao capaz de lidar com a comunicação, deglutição e fala.

ABSTRACT

Objective:   The objective of this study was to show, by means of bibliographical surveys, the importance of the fonoaudiológica performance in the auditory alterations for the aging process. Method: As source of data the following platforms had been used: Caribbean Latin American literature and in Sciences of Saúde (LILACS), Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval Sistem on-line (MEDLINE), Scielo and the service of research of the National Library of Medicine in the databases Pubmed, system of search of the Academic Google (HTTP//scholar.google.com.br). Thirty and five works had been searched, Aged; Auditory loss; Whitewashing; Presbiacusia, Auditory Re-education. as research source. Results: To 38 articles between 2008 and 2016 had been all found, being national 75%, international 15%, 10% of books with the subject in choice for revision of literature, In this study, the authors had been able to conclude that it had a significant correlation between auditory loss and cognitiva function in aged above of 75 years of age, independent of sex or age. Research with similar methodology had not been found Conclusion: One expects that this revision of literature can provide basic knowledge on the fonoaudiológicas alterations in the hearing of the aged population. Sabe of the importance of the performance of the professionals of the health to provide a healthful and active aging in the aged population, including the performance of the fonoaudiólogo, professional of the area of the health of the hearing capable to deal with the communication, deglutition and speaks.
