RESUMO
Na indústria os sistemas de canalização de fluídos, bombas e instalações de bombeamentos, são constituídos por tubulações válvulas, bombas e diversos acessórios aplicados em variados ambientes para solucionar assuntos de deslocamento de líquidos, no tratamento de efluentes, usinas geradoras de energia, domicílios, etc. Com a proposta de aliar conhecimentos teóricos à prática, o presente projeto integrador propõe aos estudantes de engenharia o dimensionamento e construção de uma bancada para levantamento de curva de bomba e medição de perda de carga em acessórios (válvulas, curvas, reduções, filtros e etc). Para tanto, o estudo foi fundamentado nas disciplinas aplicadas durante o semestre vigente e pesquisas bibliográficas. Para análise dos materiais utilizados na estrutura foram empregados cálculos e outras ferramentas, os quais possibilitaram o dimensionamento da instalação hidráulica, levantamento experimental da curva da bomba e curva característica da instalação. Realizou-se assim as projeções e as calibrações os equipamentos utilizados no projeto, obtendo com isso, um sistema de bombeamento de água eficiente, prático e econômico.

ABSTRACT
In the industry the systems of piping of fluids, pumps and pumping installations, are constituted by valves, pumps and diverse accessories applied in varied environments to solve subjects of displacement of liquids, in the treatment of effluents, power plants, households, etc. With the proposal of allying theoretical knowledge to the practice, the present integrative project proposes to the students of engineering the design and construction of a bench for lifting of curve of pump and measurement of loss of load of accessories (valves, curves, reductions, filters and etc). Therefore, the study was based on the disciplines applied during the current semester and bibliographical research. For the analysis of the materials used in the structure, calculations and other tools were used, which allowed the sizing of the hydraulic installation, experimental survey of the pump curve and characteristic curve of the installation.
