RESUMO

Na sociedade contemporânea, as mulherestêm conseguindo aumentar os seusespaços nas estruturas sociais de forma mais intensa, embora ainda sofram com asheranças históricas do sistema patriarcal. Apesar da maior presença da mulher nomercado de trabalho, identifica-se ainda uma desigualdade no que serefere aosdiferentes gêneros com relação ao salário, sobretudo. As mulheres apesar deacumularem muitas funções, ganham menos que os homens nas mesmas funções. Ainda hoje ainda é presente na sociedade a visão da mulher apenas na reproduçãoe como um complemento do homem. Dentre os vários outros problemas enfrentadospelas mulheres na sociedade está a violência,em vários níveis. Para o acolhimentodas vítimas da violência surgiram os Centros de Cidadania das Mulheres, que alémde acolhê-las, oferecem inúmeros serviços desde defensoria pública, atendimento jurídico, mediação de conflitos a serviços de atendimento, acompanhamento,orientação e encaminhamento das demandas, capacitação para o mercado detrabalho, garantindo às mulheres acesso aos direitos sociais, econômicos, políticos eculturais. Nesses centros, a comunicação humana também é de fundamentalimportância e na sociedade moderna, essa comunicação se alia aos meios decomunicação digitais. Dentre esses as tecnologias da informação e comunicação. Assim, esse PIM tem como objetivo o projeto de um totem de atendimento a operarnum Centro de Cidadania das Mulheres. Para tanto, o projeto é composto por umaparte teórica e de outra parte prática. A parte teórica envolve os conteúdos dasdisciplinas que baliza o PIM II, onde foi utilizada a pesquisa bibliográfica comoinstrumento de coleta para a definição dos conceitos a serem tratados sobretudo,relativos à violência contra a mulher. Enquanto a parte prática corresponde aoprojeto do totem, onde são apresentados, ao final, os recursos de hardware esoftware a serem utilizados nesse, uma estratégia de comunicação a ser utilizadapelo Centro de Cidadania das Mulheres, bem como a composição de um

para divulgação e estímulo sobre a temática de que trata esses centros.

ABSTRACT

In contemporary society, women have been able to increase their spaces insocial structures more intensely, although they still suffer from the historical legaciesof the patriarchal system. Despite the greater presence of women in the labormarket, there is still an inequality about the different genders in relation to wages,especially. Women, despite accumulating many functions, earn less than men in thesame functions. Even today it is still present in society the view of women only inreproduction and as a complement of man.Among the many other problems faced bywomen in society is violence at various levels. In order to welcome the victims ofviolence, the Women's Citizenship Centers, which besides welcoming them, offernumerous services ranging from public advocacy, legal assistance, conflict mediationto care services, follow-up, orientation and referral of demands, the labor market,guaranteeing women access to social, economic, political and cultural rights. In thesecenters, human communication is also of fundamental importance and in modernsociety, this communication is allied with the digital media. Among these areinformation and communication technologies. Thus, this PIM has the objective ofdesigning a totem of attendance to operate in a Center for Citizenship of Women. Forthis, the project consists of a theoretical part and another practical part. Thetheoretical part involves the contents of the disciplines that mark the PIM II, wherebibliographical research was used as a collection tool for the definition of theconcepts to be dealt with above all, related to violence against women. While thepractical part corresponds to the totem project, where the hardware and softwareresources to be used are presented at the end, a communication strategy to be usedby the Center for Women's Citizenship, as well as the composition of a press releasefor dissemination and encouragement on the issue addressed by these centers.
