Resumo

Este trabalho foi desenvolvido através de análise detalhada de dados colhidos durante o primeiro semestre de 2013 na empresa Software Developer.

A consultoria foi prestada por nós daConsulting a pedido do cliente com a finalidade de melhor administrar conflitos internos que envolvem desde a infra estrutura organizacional, o atendimento de excelência aos clientes da SotwareDeveloper, o relacionamento interno entre gerentes e seus subordinados e o cumprimento de leis ambientais e trabalhistas.

Sendo a Software Developer uma empresa familiar fundada em 2000 e o seu mais novo gestor, Sr. Adriano Salles umrecém formado administrador de empresas, disposto a implementar as mudanças que forem necessárias, julgou ser prudente uma consultoria, pois desde a sua fundação a empresa foi administrada empiricamente, e agora com o crescimento do mercado, e com uma visão positiva de crescimento da empresa, torna-se fundamental seguir determinados padrões de qualidade.

Aplicando os modelos propostos para melhoria da gestão destes conflitos será possível perceber uma visível melhora no ambiente organizacional, na distribuição de custos e consequentemente maior liquidez nos lucros obtidos em suas transações financeiras. Pois, como diz um dos princípios filosóficos da Administração "A Verdadeira Administração não visa lucro, visa bem estar social; o lucro é mera consequência".

Ao término deste estudo apresentamos propostas de melhorias nos setores avaliados e indicamos auditorias periódicas para que o padrão implantado seja mantido. Tais auditorias poderão ser realizadas pela Consulting ou por profissional interno capacitado para este fim.

Abstract

This work was developed through detailed analysis of data collected during the first half of 2013 the company Software Developer.

The advice was given by us of Consulting on request in order to better manage internal conflicts involving since the organizational infrastructure, the excellent service to customers of Sotware Developer, the internal relationship between managers and their subordinates, and compliance with laws environmental and labor

Being a Software Developer a family company founded in 2000 and its new manager, Mr. Adriano Salles a newly formed business administrator, willing to implement the changes that are required, be deemed a prudent advice, because since its inception the company has been administered empirically, and now with the growth of the market, and with a positive view of the company's growth, it is essential to follow certain quality standards.

Applying the models proposed for improving the management of these conflicts will be possible to see a marked improvement in the organizational environment, the distribution of costs and hence greater liquidity in profits in their financial transactions. For, as says one of the philosophical principles of Administration "The True Administration no-profit, social welfare aims; profit is a mere consequence."

At the end of this study we present proposals for improvements in the areas assessed and periodic audits to indicate that the standard is maintained deployed. Such audits may be performed by consulting or internal professional trained for this purpose.
