DAWG –  DIGITAL APPLICATION REFLEXION

WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?

Digital application and use of digital workplace information are implemented in order to help marketing the company, firmly position DAWG as a truly unique purveyor of dog products and services build up DAWG image and reputation.

DAWG business mission is to provide a special service to dogs and the most responsive and effective customer service possible. Vision: within five years, DAWG will have established itself as a premier Pet Shop and strengthen its own brand which includes dog food mixes with supplements  that dog breeders use to keep the pets in peak condition, hypoallergenic shampoo and conditioner and  coats for dogs of all breeds and sizes. DAWG wants to develop a bolt on integrated marketing communication campaign for franchisees.

WHO ARE OUR CUSTOMERS?

Our customers are couples dwelling dog/pet aficionados who might or might not have kids and who lives in apartments and flatsrespective in the inner city.

WHAT DO THEY WANT … REALLY?

The customers seek and require:

  • attention to the pets needs

WHY DO WE NEED TO FOCUS ON DELIVERING THE BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE?

The best customer service will allow us to:

  • ensure the constant presence of our permanent customers
  • gain knowledge of the customer needs that would allow us to veer our sales strategies in a proper direction
  • fast resolution to complains and problems raised.

STRATEGIES AND PROCEDURES

All customers should be acknowledged within the first five seconds of entering the sales office.

All calls must be answered within three rings. se active listening skills

  • use verbal prompts
  • use paraphrasing
  • use eye contact when relevant
  • give the customer time to talk
  • ask appropriate questions.

MARKETING PROMOTIONS

We are using social media strategies to drive traffic to the website. Focusing on our wholesales customer.

  • create paid advertisements to run mainly on Facebook and Instagram
  • create awareness of website, online shop and special services
  • Create awareness of our own brand by distributing free samples shampoo and conditioner and dog food.
  • offer special sales and promotions for premium customers who order our products via social media (coupons, vouchers, invites for exclusive events)
  • re-launch website with a brand new layout, modern yet sophisticated.
