RESUMO
Este trabalho tem como objetivo fazer uma análise no que tange às demonstrações financeiras, o orçamento empresarial e a dinâmica interpessoal da Porto Seguro S.A., uma companhia seguradora brasileira, com sede em São Paulo e filiais em todo o país. A empresa foi fundada em agosto de 1945, tendo sido habilitada para atuar em operações de seguro e resseguro nas modalidades de Incêndio, Transportes, Acidentes Pessoais e Motim, entre outros ramos. A análise abrange levantamento nos demonstrativos da empresa, determinação de indicadores de liquidez, de endividamento, de estrutura de rentabilidade, de atividade e de insolvência e análises vertical e horizontal dos demonstrativos para avaliar a situação da empresa. Por fim, faz-se considerações sobre como a empresa aborda o orçamento empresarial e a gestão de pessoas na empresa.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze in relation to the financial statements, the business budget and interpersonal dynamics of Porto Seguro S.A., a Brazilian insurance company headquartered in São Paulo and branches across the country. The company was founded in August 1945, having been empowered to act in the insurance and reinsurance operations in the modalities of Fire, Transportation, Personal Accident and Riot, among other branches. The analysis covers the survey statements of the company, identifying the indicators of liquidity, debt structure of profitability, activity and insolvency and vertical and horizontal analysis of statements to assess the situation. Finally, it is considering how the company addresses the business budget and personnel management in the company.
