RESUMO

Neste trabalho são analisados alguns aspectos básicos da contabilidade, estatística e logística da logística reversa da Petrobras. A importância da logística reversa, na sustentabilidade dos negócios, vai além dos valores ecológicos e sociais inseridos nessa ferramenta tão importante no mundo globalizado. A crescente demanda por um planeta ecologicamente sustentável tem trazido de forma dinâmica a conscientização da responsabilidade social que, a cada dia, é cobrada de todos os envolvidos nesse processo. Diante da necessidade de acompanhar o desenvolvimento e o crescimento mundial, as empresas estão sendo motivadas a utilizar a logística reversa para economizar, sustentar e preservar. Essas práticas, adotadas têm mostrado resultados na economia, preservação ambiental, reconhecimento internacional e credibilidade da sua marca. A pesquisa aplicada nesse artigo terá como característica o método qualitativo por não se tratar de um trabalho que tenha, como principal preocupação, levantamentos estatísticos e a quantificação de dados. A coleta de informações aplicada nesse estudo será realizada através de pesquisa literária, onde será feito uso de bibliografias de livros e sites de autores que tratam do assunto pertinente a esse estudo.

ABSTRACT

In this paper we analyze some basic aspects of accounting, statistics and logistics reverse logistics Petrobras . The importance of reverse logistics in business sustainability goes beyond the ecological and social values embedded in this tool so important in a globalized world . The growing demand for an environmentally sustainable planet has brought a dynamic awareness of social responsibility that each day is charged to all involved in this process . Faced with the need to monitor the development and global growth , companies are being motivated to use reverse logistics to save , sustain and preserve. These practices adopted have shown results in economy , environmental protection , international recognition and credibility of your brand . Applied research in this article will feature the qualitative method because it is not a work that has , as its main concern , statistical surveys and data quantification . The collection of information applied in this study will be conducted through literary research , which will be made use of bibliographies of authors of books and websites that deal with the issue relevant to this study .
