RESUMO
Este trabalho trata de como as ONGs que trabalham na área social lidam com o assunto da inclusão digital, principalmente as que trabalham com crianças e adolescentes em situação de vulnerabilidade social, como estas ONGs são formadas, a burocracia que se tem para fundar uma ONG, como devem ser montadas e como conseguir verbas para que a mesma consiga realizar seus projetos, deste aquisição de material até a questão de encargos funcionais e sócias, além de impostos, água, luz e demais. Nos dias atuais onde o assunto de inclusão digital está muito forte, as ONGs que trabalham com este tema e oferecem oficinas nesta área estão muito mais suscetíveis a receberem verbas de empresas e até mesmo do poder público. Também demonstra os sistemas operacionais que temos atualmente no mercado e qual o mais aconselhável para se trabalhar com a questão de inclusão digital.

ABSTRACT
This Trada work as ONGs working in the social area deal with the issue of digital inclusion, especially those working with children and adolescents in social vulnerability , as these ONGs are formed red tape that has to found an ONG, as should ride one and how to get funding for it to get carry out commercial projects this acquisition of material and even the question of functional charges and partners as well as taxes, water, electricity and others. Nowadays where the subject of digital inclusion is very strong, ONGs working with this theme and offer workshops in this area are much more likely to receive funding companies and even the public power. I also want to show the operating systems that we currently have on the market and what the most advisable to work with the issue of digital inclusion.
