RESUMO

Tal projeto fará uma analise critica da crise que vive o sistema penitenciário, e também ira apontar uma série de ações que contribuiu para que tal crise chegasse ao ponto de não respeitar, e ate banalizar os direitos dos presos de forma que os direitos humanos ficam de mãos atadas a ver tanta violação legal dos direitos individuais dos encarcerados, que em conseqüência destes atos desrespeitosos a dignidade humana e que acontecem as rebeliões e fugas dos presídios e cadeias que são noticiadas nos principais meios de comunicação. E mesmo diante de tantos problemas conclui-se que a principal solução seria uma política de ressocialização do egresso para que o índice de 90% de reincidência viesse a cair consideravelmente. Demonstrar aos ouvintes e a sociedade como o sistema penitenciário encontra – se falido frente às exigências da constituição 1988 e a LEP 7.210/84 ( lei de execuções penais ). Trazer dados concretos de fontes confiáveis para informação do ouvinte. Conscientização do problema que vive o Brasil com sua população carcerária. Analisar de forma coerente e fundamentada a LEP. E o objetivo de tal pesquisa torna-se exploratório pelo fato da mesma ter a necessidade que o pesquisador inicie um processo de sondagem, com vistas a aprimorar idéias, e descritiva por ter o cunho de apontar que no Brasil á 711.463 e que destes 147.937 encontra-se em prisão domiciliar, e que ainda existem 373.991 mandados de prisão em aberto esperando cumprimento. O método no qual o presente projeto foi utilizado será o do delineamento bibliográfico. E espero que tal tema abordado venha a conscientizar e a informar a população no que tange as questões prisionais brasileiras e suas mazelas sócias que prejudicam gradativamente o bem estar social.

ABSTRACT

This project will make a critical analysis of the crisis facing the prison system, and will also point out a number of actions that contributed to this crisis reached the point of no respect, and even trivialize the rights of prisoners so that human rights are of hands tied to do much legal violation of the individual rights of the prisoners, that in consequence of these disrespectful to human dignity and that happen riots and escapes from prisons and jails that are reported in the mainstream media acts. And even in the face of so many problems it is concluded that the main solution would be a policy of rehabilitation of egress for the 90% rate of recurrence should fall considerably. Demonstrate to listeners and society as the prison system is - is bankrupt to the demands of the constitution in 1988 and the LEP 7210/84 (law of criminal executions). Bring concrete data from trusted sources for information of the listener. Awareness of the problem that lives Brazil with its prison population. Analyze consistently and founded the LEP. And the goal of such research becomes exploratory because of it having the need for the researcher to enter into a survey with a view to enhancing ideas, and descriptive by nature have to point out that in Brazil will be 711 463 and 147 937 of these finds themselves in house arrest, and that there are still 373 991 outstanding arrest warrants awaiting fulfillment. The method in which this project was used will be the bibliographic design. And I hope that this issue addressed will educate and inform the public regarding the Brazilian prison issues and their ills members who gradually harm social welfare.
