RESUMO
Fibro Edema Gelóide (FEG), popularmente conhecido como celulite , é um distúrbio no tecido subcutâneo que apresenta uma alteração da pele como ondulações nas áreas acometidas podendo ser causado por hereditariedade, falta de atividade física, tabagismo, maus hábitos alimentares e alterações nos processos circulatórios tendo aspecto inestético e acomete a maioria das mulheres. A fibro edema gelóide, pode ser diagnosticada através da termometria cutânea que consiste em analisar a temperatura do tecido e verificar se há uma queda no aquecimento da área , que nos indica que há a má circulação sanguínea no local. O presente estudo tem como objetivo comparar a eficácia do ultrassom terapêutico aplicado em modo fonoforese associado a massagem de pedras quentes e como terapia única sendo aplicado na parte posterior de coxa acometida por FEG de grau 2 , analisando a eficácia do aumento da temperatura para a melhora da mesma, realizando uma analise comparativa de qual será o melhor tratamento. Sendo recrutadas quatro voluntárias no critério de serem sedentárias com IMC 25 á 29,9,divididas em 2 grupos ocorrendo em duas voluntárias a aplicação da fonoforese e nas outras duas a fonoforese associada as pedras quentes .Analisando assim o resultados dos tratamentos comparados causando efeitos tanto fisiológico quando em aspecto visual, trazendo benefícios as voluntárias .

ABSTRACT
The Fibrosis Edema Geloide (FEG), popularly known as cellulitis, is a subcutaneous tissue disorder that presents a skin alteration such as ripples in the affected areas and can be caused by heredity, lack of physical activity, smoking, poor eating habits and circulatory processes Looking unsightly and affecting most women. The fibroid edema geloid can be diagnosed through cutaneous thermometry which consists of analyzing the tissue temperature and checking if there is a drop in the heating of the area, which does not indicate that there is a nonlocal blood circulation. The present study aims to evaluate the therapeutic effect applied in the phonophoresis mode associated with hot stone massage and as a single therapy to be applied to the posterior part of the thigh affected by grade 2 FEG, analyzing the effectiveness of the temperature increase for an improvement From the same, performing a comparative analysis of what would be the best treatment. Four volunteers were recruited without criteria of being sedentary with BMI 25 to 29.9, divided into 2 groups performing in two volunteers an application of phonophoresis and in the other two an associated phonophoresis Like hot stones. Thus analyzing the results of the treatments compared causing both physiological and visual effects, bringing benefits as voluntary.
