In the context that the world is living in now, the World Cup, sports is a topic very commented. However, it is known that many people do not have easy access to it, or even time and space to practice it, mainly due to the busy routines of the cities. So, knowing the number of benefits that sports can bring to people's health, governments should take action in order to stimulate the population to take part in sports.

The first step is to invest more in advertising the importance of sports practicing in mass media, such as TV and social medias, because sometimes the misinformation is the main reason people does not take up sports. So, by knowing which sports are available and where to practice them, it is possible to encourage people to play many sports such as football, basketball, volleyball, or even swimming and gymnastics. There’s a huge variety that they can choose with one that fits them better.

Secondly, govenments should promote free events for those who does not have enough money to keep contact with sports. By putting some matches with free tickets it would bring more people to watch them and consequently turning them even more interested in sports. Also, some cities already have public gym and free access to it in some squares and parks, and it’s a great alternative for those without money to go to a conventional gym.

In conclusion, it is govenments job to promote the easy access to sports and increasingly the good habits and health in the country.
