RESUMO
O Sul de Minas é a maior região produtora de café do Brasil, tendo o desenvolvimento de muitas cidades ligado ao crescimento das lavouras, comercialização e industrialização deste produto. Em algumas cidades o café representa até 70 % das riquezas geradas pelo município.
Atualmente a saúde e segurança são imprescindíveis quando o propósito é manter um ambiente de trabalho saudável e produtivo. Tais questões estão diretamente ligadas à valorização do elemento humano, seja no trabalho rural ou na cidade, sendo primordial para o sucesso de qualquer organização. O presente trabalho foi elaborado para identificar e analisar os riscos físicos químicos, biológicos, ergonômicos e de acidentes no processo operacional de uma empresa armazenadora de café, visando facilitar a identificação de medidas de segurança, uso de EPI’s e consequente redução de acidentes garantindo o bom desenvolvimento do trabalho com segurança.

ABSTRACT
The South Minas is the largest coffee producing region of Brazil, with the development of many cities linked to the growth of crops, commercialization and industrialization of this product. In some cities the coffee represents 70% of the wealth generated by the municipality.
Currently the health and safety are essential when the purpose is to maintain a healthy work environment and productive. These issues are directly linked to the utilization of the human element, whether at work or in the rural town, and it is paramount to the success of any organization. This study was designed to identify and analyze risks physical chemical, biological, ergonomic and accidents in the operational process of a company store coffee in order to facilitate the identification of safety measures, use of EPI’s and the consequent reduction of accidents by ensuring good development of work safety.
