RESUMO

Efetuar compras através da web é uma necessidade cada vez mais presente para consumidores em comércio eletrônico. O aumento atual de dispositivos móveis vem exigindo a disponibilidade de acessos de redes sem fio em qualquer lugar e hora. Esse trabalho tem por finalidade, um projeto da empresa fictícia denominada TelePIM, que atuará desenvolvendo conceito de plataforma web que será usado no interior do Paraná onde a infra-estrutura de telecomunicações é muito precária. O projeto teve o objetivo desenvolver um trabalho que fornecerá mobilidade a região, devido à necessidade dos negócios, que precisam de versatilidade e rapidez, apresentando um ambiente computacional moderno, onde se possa ter uma experiência real dessa inovação. Fica evidente a necessidade de investimentos em projetos desse tipo, visando o desenvolvimento e conseqüente competitividade no comércio eletrônico. Foi segmentado as atividades desse trabalho de análise nas áreas de metodologia científica, bem como o conhecimento relacionado a área de modelagem de processos e Rede de Computadores e Telecomunicações – o qual é foco desse projeto. Foi feito o levantamento dos problemas encontrados e segue o resumo de soluções por áreas acima descritas: Metodologia cientifica - Referindo-se à forma do conhecimento científico, todo o projeto estará sendo desenvolvido utilizando conhecimentos de empiria e teoria, ou seja, baseado na experiência profissional de cada pessoa envolvida no projeto e o teórico fundamentado por treinamento apropriado e procedimentos científicos. Modelagem de Processos - A Unified Modeling Language (UML) é uma linguagem de modelagem não proprietária de terceira geração. A UML não é uma metodologia de desenvolvimento, o que significa que ela não diz para você o que deve ser feito primeiro ou como projetar seu sistema, mas ela lhe auxilia a visualizar seu desenho e a comunicação entre objetos. Nesse sentido permitiu detalhar o modelo de negócio a ser implantado no projeto em questão, criando diagramas de requisitos, caso de uso, mapeando e detalhando o processo de negócio. Rede de computadores e Telecomunicações – será necessário a criação de uma rede WAN que interligue todos os campi com largura de banda satisfatória e para isso, iremos utilizar a estrutura da própria internet, criando um tunelamento “encriptado” chamado de VPN (Virtual Private Network) ou VLan. A VLan trabalha com “encriptação” na camada 3 do modelo OSI e é dividida com Cliente/Servidor, onde, o Servidor é instalado no Data Center em Londrina e uma sala no centro do desenvolvimento do projeto chamada PW-tester comportando 4 equipamentos por campi, com switch nível 2. Com esta tecnologia podemos então atender a exigência do projeto de darmos um range de endereço IPv4 com numeração privado de topologia Tipo ESTRELA. Finalizando o resumo, uma vez adotada as soluções apresentadas durante este trabalho acreditamos que a empresa TelePIM alcançará os objetivos e metas propostos pela diretoria ao estabelecer as suas diretrizes.

ABSTRACT

Make purchases through the web is an ever more present to consumers in electronic commerce. The actual increase of mobile phones bring together the great capability of wireless access doesn't matter place or time. This job has a specific goal, a project of company with the name TelePIM which will developing the concept of web base being used out of big cities, specific into Paraná state, where the infrastructure of Telecommunications is badly. This Project have the goal, develop a job that will supply mobile for the region, and increase business into local area that need fast communication showing a modern computational environment, where we can have a real experience about this innovation. Stay evident the necessity of investments of this kind of projects, to making the development and the competitive into electronic commerce. The activity of this analyses job was separated into the areas of scientific methodologies, and too the knowledge of process modeling area and Net Computer and Telecommunications – that is the focus of the project. It was done the problems analysis found and follow the resume of solutions by area bellow written: Scientific Methodologies – Reference the way of scientific knowledge, all project will being developed using theory knowledge, that mean, based into professional experience of each person involved in the project and the fundamentals of theory by specific training and scientific procedures. Process Modeling – The Unified Modeling Language (UML) is a modeling language not own of third generation. The UML is not a developing methodology, that mean that it doesn't say to you what you need to do first or how you projects your system, but the UML help you to view your design and the communication between objects. In this way was allowed detail the business model that will be implanted in the project, creating diagrams of requirements, use case, mapping and detailing the business process. Network Computer and Telecommunications – It will necessary the creating of the WAN net that link all campi with right frequency and for this we will use the internet structure, creating a situation “encrypted” call of VPN (Virtual Private Network) or VLan. The VLan work with “encryptation” in the level 3 of the OSI model and it is divided with Client/Server, where, the server is installed into the Data Center in Londrina and a room in developing center of project calling PW-Tester with 4 equipments by campi, with switch level 2. With this technology we can do what the project need and give a range of ender IPv4 with private number of Star topology. Terminating the resume, one time done this solution, we believe that the company TelePIM will close the case with success, which was proposed by directory.
