RESUMO
O presente artigo procura abordar o conceito de família e as alterações nas configurações dos arranjos familiares. Com o passar do tempo, a família que não fosse constituída pelo casamento, passou a ter proteção do Estado. Apesar da Constituição Federal vigente garantir proteção às famílias monoparentais, que é a comunidade formada por genitor e filho (s), resta ainda uma grande deficiência de Políticas Públicas para elas. No Brasil, cerca de um terço da população são de famílias monoparentais e encontra-se em situação de vulnerabilidade. Contudo, o objetivo do presente estudo foi propor a Política Pública da creche em tempo integral, visto que as creches não oferecem horários alternativos para, pais em situação monoparental, que trabalham ou estudam em horários irregulares. Outrossim, uma creche 24 horas é de grande interesse público para sociedade, pois traria benefícios para economia, segurança pública e aumentaria as relações de afeto entre pais e filhos.

ABSTRACT
The present article tries to approach the concept of family and the changes in the configurations of the family arrangements. Over time, the family that was not constituted by the marriage, came to have protection of the State. Although the current Federal Constitution guarantees protection to single parents, which is the community formed by parent and child (ren), there remains a great deficiency of Public Policies for them. In Brazil, about a third of the population are single-parent families and are in a situation of vulnerability. However, the objective of the present study was to propose the Public Policy of the day-care center full-time, since day-care centers do not offer alternative schedules for single-parent parents who work or study at irregular times. In addition, a 24-hour nursery is of great public interest for society, as it would bring benefits to the economy, public safety, and increase the affective relationships between parents and children.
