Present Perfect  x Present Perfect Continuous

1) O present perfect é marcado de que forma?

R: Sujeito + have/has + verbo principal no particípio + complemento.

2) O present perfect pode ser usado para indicar quais tipos de ações?

R: Ações que começaram no passado e continuam até o presente; ações que ocorreram em um tempo não determinado (indefinido) no passado e ações que acabaram de acontecer.

3) Monte frases utilizando o present perfect em suas respectivas ações.

R: They have organized their graduation.

She has traveled to Rio de Janeiro.

Eles acabaram de sair.

4) Faça uma frase na forma negativa usando o present perfect:

R:They have not yet made their lesson.

5)Faça uma frase na forma interrogative usando o present perfect:

R: Has she called  Mary?

 

Gerunds as subjects and a after Prepositions

1) O gerundio é uma forma verbal caracterizada por qual terminação?

R: ing.

2) Faça frases  utilizando o Gerunds como subjects e depois Prepositions:

R: We may find dangerous animals in the jungle

Cats might learn to be afraid of things o hope finding survivors.

My mother said I could eat anything but chocolate.

Passive Voice

1) O passive voice é marcado de que forma?

R: Direct object + be + past participle of transitive verb.

2) Monte uma frase usando o passive voice:

R: The door was opened.

3) O active voice é marcado de que forma?

R: Someone opened the door.

Past Perfect Tense

1) O past perfect é usado para expressar uma ação que ocorreu no passado antes de uma outra ação ter ocorrido. Esse tempo verbal é marcado por qual forma:

R: Subject + had + (not) +past participle.

2) Monte frases na forma afirmativa, negativa e interrogativa usando o past presente:

R: The movie had already started when I got home yesterday.

The film hadn’t started when we got to the movies.

Had you danced before the end of the party?

Gerunds vs Infinitive

1) Usamos o infinitive depois de certos verbos, incluindo agree, try, want, learn entre outros, monte uma frase usando  o verb try:

I try to make a budget for how I will spend my Money.

2) Complete a frase com o infitive ou gerund do verb em parênteses.

John  agreed___________  (work) on saturdays so he can have Mondays off.

John  agreed working on saturdays so he can have Mondays off.
