RESUMO

O presente trabalho tem como finalidade abordar um tema muito pesquisado mais pouco discutido no ambiente educacional, as lutas no contexto escolar. Apesar de amplamente pesquisado muitas pessoas não possuem o conhecimento necessário sobre o assunto. O estudo apresenta aspectos para discussão acerca do ensino das lutas no âmbito escolar. O objetivo do trabalho foi investigar o desenvolvimento do conteúdo lutas nas aulas de Educação Física em duas escolas da rede pública e uma escola particular na grande Vitória-ES. Por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com três professores, foi possível levantar dados importantes para alcançar os objetivos estabelecidos. A partir do tensionamento entre o material coletado e o referencial disponível, identificamos limitações no ensino do tema, influenciado pelo pouco conhecimento e, no mesmo movimento de compreensão das variáveis intervenientes, é possível constatar saídas para essas dificuldades mediante empenho e capacitação individual. Conclui-se que as discussões acadêmicas acerca do ensino das lutas na escola não têm grande representatividade no contexto analisado, é necessária maior aproximação do saber acadêmico com o cotidiano escolar.

ABSTRACT

The present work aims to address a much researched topic that is not discussed in the educational environment, the struggles in the school context. Although widely researched many people do not possess the necessary knowledge on the subject. The study presents aspects for discussion about the teaching of struggles in school. The objective of the study was to investigate the development of content fights in physical education classes in two public schools and a private school in the great Vitória-ES. Through semi-structured interviews with three teachers, it was possible to collect important data to achieve the established objectives. From the tension between the collected material and the available referential, we identified limitations in the teaching of the theme, influenced by the lack of knowledge and, in the same movement of understanding the intervening variables, it is possible to verify the outputs to these difficulties through individual commitment and capacity building. It is concluded that the academic discussions about the teaching of the struggles in the school do not have great representativity in the analyzed context, it is necessary a greater approximation of the academic knowledge with the daily school.

1. INTRODUÇÃO

Com a maior visibilidade do fenômeno esportivo do MMA (artes marciais mistas ou mixed martials arts) e de alguns atletas de certas modalidades olímpicas como a Sarah Menezes no Judô, houve um crescimento do interesse das pessoas a praticarem algum tipo de artes marciais, desde o judô ao BJJ (Brazilian Jiu – Jitsu). Além do destaque midiático, em relação a publicações de revistas especializada na área, até transmissão das lutas nas mídias sociais, como o UFC e o Pride. Mas na escola, será que esse fenômeno está presente nas aulas de educação física ou não? Caso a resposta seja afirmativa, como essas questões se manifestam? Como poderiam ser problematizadas?
