Only when you get to inspire others, it is possible to share a common goal towards which to direct the efforts and dedication of the entire team. The definition of leadership also has to do with creativity. Good leaders are able to create an environment that will encourage all the members of their team to develop their skills and imagination, so that they can contribute to the common project and vision of the company.

Jorge Paulo Lemann is an entrepreneur and sponsor of education in Brazil and he was a professional tennis player and a Brazilian five-time champion, the founder of Ambev and among other businesses. Lemann and Steve Jobs, the founder of Apple, are among the figures who most inspire and influence the career of young people of the generation Z, who would be the people born from the 1990s. Lemann had everything to be spoiled by his father who already gave a life of financial stability, but instead he set out to improve and increase the heritage left by his father.
