Resumo:
O principal objetivo do projeto dentro das disciplinas, é de identificar dentro da organização, técnicas administrativas, científicas, afins de mostrar a forma como os conceitos e teorias são aplicadas na prática atualmente, na panificadora Bonanza. A empresa fica localizada em Brasília- DF, SHCES Q 607 BL C - loja-5 - - Cruzeiro - Cep: 70655-673. A rede de panificadora Bonanza foi inaugurada em 2002, uma empresa de médio porte que desde então faz parte da vida dos brasilienses, atendendo a demanda através de sua logística e competência profissional, trazendo mais qualidade de vida aos habitantes de Brasília e Distrito Federal onde há 09 filiais com a matriz em Vicente Pires, e uma filial em Valparaiso de Goiás. A rede de panificadora Bonanza ganhou o prêmio Baker Top nos anos de 2011, 2012, 2013 e 2014 e está sempre presente na seleção das 80 melhores padarias no Brasil.

ABSTRACT
The main objective of the project inside the disciplines is to identify administrative and cientific techniques within the organizacion, in order to show the way that concepts and theories are applied in practice nowadays, at Bonanza bakery. The company is located in Brasília-DF SHCES Q 607 BL C - loja-5 - Cruzeiro - Cep: 70655-673. The Bonanza bakery network was opened in 2002, a médium sized company that since then has been part of the brasilienses lives, attending the demand through it’s logistics and professional competence, bringing more quality into the lives of to the Brasília and Federal District’s polulation, being that are 9 subsidiaries, including the main store in Vicente Pires, and a branch at in Valparaíso de Goiás. The Bonanza bakery network won the Baker Top prize in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014, and it’s always present in the selection of the 80 best bakeries in Brazil.
