RESUMO

O Projeto tem como propósito a busca de soluções para os problemas existentes nos espaços públicos das cidades, especificamente observando a região onde está localizado o município de Franco da Rocha. O estudo inicial parte da análise dos dados coletados com a prefeitura, informações disponíveis em plataformas como o site do IBGE entre outros e ainda, relatos obtidos com moradores e representantes da comunidade. Com base no tema “Os reflexos de uma sociedade competitiva e globalizada na ocupação dos espaços urbanos públicos e privados”, a pesquisa foi realizada de forma direcionada ao esclarecimento do conceito de espaço público e privado, à verificação dos principais problemas gerados pela priorização dos interesses econômicos em detrimento do bem estar coletivo, aos efeitos causados na vida da população e ao conhecimento dos exemplos bem sucedidos do envolvimento popular nas decisões da gestão ambiental e dos espaços públicos objetivando a melhoria das condições de vida e bem estar coletivo. Após a reflexão sobre todo o material e com base na crescente evolução tecnológica, a ferramenta escolhida para possibilitar essa participação com capacidade de influenciar o poder público, não somente através da conscientização, mas também com representatividade, foi a criação e desenvolvimento de um aplicativo com geolocalizador (GPS) para utilização em dispositivos portáteis. Com uma arquitetura simples e uso intuitivo facilitando a identificação de locais onde o usuário possa verificar alguma irregularidade e assim enviar, de forma prática, as informações para um banco de dados gerando estatísticas disponibilizadas para toda a população e encaminhadas aos órgãos responsáveis da administração pública.

ABSTRACT

The project’s purpose is to search for solutions to the problems that exists in the public spaces of cities, especifically looking at the region where’s located the city of Franco da Rocha. The initial studies starts from the analisys of data collected from the town hall, information available in platforms like the IBGE website among others and stories obtained from residents and representants from the Community. Based on the theme “The reflexes of a competitive and globalized Society in .the occupation of public and private urban spaces”, the research was made directed to the clarification of the concept of public and private spaces, from the verification of the main problems generated by the prioritization of economic interests at the expense of collective well-being, to the effects caused in the life of the population and to the knowledge of the successful examples of popular involvement in the decisions of the environmental management and of the public spaces aiming at the improvement of the conditions of life and collective welfare. After reflecting on all the material and based on the crescent tecnological evolution, the chosen tool to make possible this participation capable of influencing the public power, not only through the awareness, but also with representativiness, was the creation and development of an app with geolocator (GPS) to be used in mobile devices. With a simple arquitecture and intuitive use making easier the identification of locals where the user can verify any irregularity and then send, in a practical way, the informations to a database generating statistics available to all the population and send to the public managers responsible.
