RESUMO
O Projeto aqui apresentado tem por finalidade, elaborar um Plano Estratégico Empresarial e um Plano Estratégico de TI, modelar um Sistema de Informação além de apresentar uma Política de Segurança da Informação para a rede de padarias denominada Pão Doce Sabor. Essa necessidade surgiu logo após um dos sócios da referida padaria perceber que estava perdendo parte do seu Market Share no final do ano de 2015, ao fazer uma análise na situação do negócio. Essa perca estava prejudicando consideravelmente a perenidade do negócio já que as receitas estavam constantemente em declínio. A Padaria Pão Doce Sabor foi fundada no ano de 1970 mantendo seu capital fechado por se tratar de um negócio familiar. Atualmente a Padaria Pão Doce Sabor está distribuída na região metropolitana de São Paulo e tem como público alvo as classes sociais A, B e C, com faixa etária acima de 30 anos, de ambos os sexos. Este projeto tem como finalidade: Implantar na rede de padaria Pão Doce Sabor um Plano Estratégico Empresarial e um Plano Estratégico de TI assim como modelar um Sistema de Informação além de apresentar também uma Política de Segurança da Informação. Os objetivos específicos são: Aplicar os conhecimentos adquiridos nas disciplinas de Planejamento Estratégico de TI, Segurança da Informação, Modelagem de Sistemas de Informação, desenvolvendo assim a capacidade de identificar necessidades e propor soluções; argumentar e Discutir as tecnologias utilizadas nos projetos de sistemas computacionais e por fim, fomentar o hábito de executar projetos envolvendo múltiplas disciplinas.

ABSTRACT
The Project presented here has the purpose of elaborating a Strategic Business Plan and an IT Strategic Plan, modeling an Information System and presenting an Information Security Policy for the bakery chain called Pão Doce Sabor. This need arose soon after one of the members of the bakery realized that it was losing part of its Market Share at the end of the year 2015, when analyzing the situation of the business. This loss was considerably damaging the perenniality of the business as revenues were steadily declining. The Bakery Pão Doce Sabor was founded in the year of 1970 keeping its capital closed because it is a family business. Currently, the Bakery Pão Doce Sabor is distributed in the metropolitan region of São Paulo and has as social target the social classes A, B and C, with age group over 30 years old, of both sexes. The purpose of this project is to: Establish a Business Strategic Plan and a Strategic IT Plan in the Bakery Network Pão Doce Sabor as well as model an Information System and also present an Information Security Policy. The specific objectives are: To apply the acquired knowledge in the disciplines of Strategic IT Planning, Information Security, Modeling of Information Systems, thus developing the capacity to identify needs and propose solutions; argue and discuss the technologies used in computer systems projects and, lastly, encourage the habit of executing projects involving multiple disciplines.
