RESUMO

Este trabalho “nasceu” da indagação a respeito da importância da dimensão afetiva para o processo de aprendizagem de crianças de um abrigo à cidade de São Paulo.

Teve como objetivo geral: apresentar teoricamente, a relevância da afetividade para o processo de aprendizagem e o desenvolvimento da criança. Foram seus objetivos específicos: descrever a história do abrigo bem como a sua estrutura e funcionamento; definir o conceito de afetividade, segundo a teoria de Henri Wallon; explicitar como a afetividade influência no processo da aprendizagem e apresentar uma experiência pedagógica vivenciada no abrigo para ilustrar a relação existente entre a afetividade e aprendizagem.

A metodologia consistiu em uma pesquisa bibliográfica com o intuito de definir o conceito da afetividade na teoria de Henri Wallon. Efetuou-se também uma análise documental com a finalidade de se compreender o contexto da instituição, local de trabalho desta autora. Complementou a pesquisa dados de observação realizada pela autora em relação à criança e ao contexto do abrigo. Obteve como resultado teórico, a partir do momento que se estabelece um vínculo afetivo de amizade com o abrigado, ele é carinhoso, muito atento às atividades pedagógicas, portanto se obtém resultados positivos na aprendizagem da criança, como exemplos apresentados na introdução e no capítulo 4.

Como resultado prático constatou-se mudanças sociais e psicológicas nas crianças que receberam atenção e cuidado por parte desta autora.

ABSTRACT

This work was “born” of the investigation regarding the importance of the affective dimension for the process of learning of children of a shelter to the city of São Paulo.

It had as objective generality: to present theoretically, the relevance of the affectivity for the learning process and the development of the child. They had been its specific objectives: to describe the history of the shelter as well as its structure and functioning; to define the affectivity concept, according to theory of Henri Wallon; to explicitar as the affectivity influence in the process of the learning and to present a pedagogical experience lived deeply in the shelter to illustrate the existing relation between the affectivity and learning.

The methodology consisted of a bibliographical research with intention to define the concept of the affectivity in the theory of Henri Wallon. One also effected a documentary analysis with the purpose of if understanding the context of the institution, workstation of this author. It complemented the research given of comment carried through for the author in relation to the child and to the context of the shelter. It got as resulted theoretician; from the moment that if establishes an affective bond of friendship with the sheltered one, it he is affectionate, very intent to the pedagogical activities, therefore if it gets resulted positive in the learning of the child, as examples presented in the introduction and chapter 4. As practical result evidenced social and psychological changes in the children who had received attention and care on the part from this author.
